When you use the quote or appointment form we collect the name, phone number, email address and vehicle details you enter, along with anything you write in the message field. When you call us we keep whatever is needed to do the job and handle an insurance claim.

Why we collect it

To quote your job, book it in, order the correct glass, and submit an ICBC or private insurance claim on your behalf. We do not sell it.

Where it goes

Form submissions are handled by our customer management system, which stores them on servers operated by its provider. Insurance details are shared with ICBC or your private insurer for the purpose of your claim, and with nobody else.

How long we keep it

For as long as needed to complete the work, support the warranty on it, and meet the record-keeping an insurance claim requires.
